How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free worldwide! When you place an order on our website you will receive free shipping wherever you are in the world :)! Make sure you share your #PIASQUAD images with us of you wearing your garment wherever you are, we would love to see!

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

All international deliveries are handled by FedEx and NZ Post. Any duties and taxes incurred on international deliveries are your responsibility. Please be aware that PIA does not have any control over duties, customs and taxes applied by the country your order is being shipped to. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped we will send you an email with your tracking number. If you did not receive this email within 1-2 days please contact online@piaboutique.com.

When will my order arrive?

New Zealand: Delivery estimate: 1-3 working days (Note: Rural deliveries can take 2-4 working days)

Australia: Delivery estimate: 1-3 working days*

Rest of the World: Delivery estimate: 3-10 working days*

What if my garment is damaged or faulty?

All garments are checked for quality control and we work hard to make sure all garments sold are of the highest of quality. However, if you have a concern please email info@piaboutique.com so we can check the matter for you urgently. Please make sure you email within the first 7 days of your purchase.

How do I make a return / exchange?

The garment must be in original condition with tags and packaging, all the returns / exchange information is inside your PIA package. The goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we highly recommend using a registered post service and keep a good record of the tracking details. Returns / exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  We understand shopping online can be tricky to get the sizing and fit right. Make sure you have a look at our sizing guide for assistance. We offer 100% refund service on all purchases (excluding SALE Items) .  If you receive a garment and you are not happy with the fit you can return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The garment must be in original condition with tags, please don't worry about returning the PIA box - keep it :).  We offer FREE RETURNS SHIPPING TOO - This means if it's not right, you can return the garment back to us and we pay for the shipping. Risk Free Online Shopping with Zero Cost To You - why wouldn't you?! This is how we're gonna roll at PIA from now on. Online Shopping with absolutely no strings attached. Now you can buy online, if it's not right you can send it back with no cost to you - Woop! 
Step 1. Fill out the PIA Returns form found inside your PIA package.
Step 2. Stick the Returns sticker (found inside your PIA Package) to your package and secure for courier.
Step 3. Book the courier pick up - 0800 106 828 or 09 525 2060 if calling from Mobile.
If they don't answer you can call Gosweetspot on 09 6005250 and Press 1 to book pickup Or you can email them on support@gosweetspot.com to book pickup also. 
*All information will be also found in your PIA Package with your returns sticker.* Easy pease.
