We offer 100% refund service on all purchases (excluding SALE Items) . If you receive a garment and you are not happy with the fit you can return it to us within 7 days for a full refund. The garment must be in original condition with tags, please don't worry about returning the PIA box - keep it :). We offer FREE RETURNS SHIPPING TOO - This means if it's not right, you can return the garment back to us and we pay for the shipping.

All the returns / exchange information is inside your PIA package. On the odd occasion a refund may be declined if the garment has not arrived in it’s original condition.

This is how we're gonna roll at PIA from now on. Online Shopping with absolutely no strings attached. Now you can buy online, if it's not right you can send it back with no cost to you - Woop!
Step 1. Fill out the PIA Returns form found inside your PIA package.
Step 2. Stick the Returns sticker (found inside your PIA Package) to your package and secure for courier.
Step 3. Book the courier pick up - 0800 106 828 or 09 525 2060 if calling from Mobile.
If they don't answer you can call Gosweetspot on 09 6005250 and Press 1 to book pickup Or you can email them on email@example.com to book pickup also.

Please Note:**This Free Returns service applies up to 2 exchanges per order.** International Shipping, Free returns courier applies for 1x exchange only. (not returns for refunds). Please also keep note of your tracking details for your records. Returns / exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
Exchanging / Returning
Please don't worry about returning the gorgeous PIA box, a wee gift for you. The garment MUST be in original condition and to be returned with tags. There is a returns form inside your PIA package which you will need to fill out and return to us with your garment.
Processing exchange / refunds
We try and process returns as quickly as possible.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days once we have received the returned garment.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 5 working days. If you have paid via a debit card please ensure you fill out your bank account number on the PIA returns form inside your package.
110% Store Credit
When returning an item, you can select 10% store credit. Once your return has been received and processed, this credit (in the amount of your paid price plus 10% extra) will be available online in your PIA account, ready to apply to your next purchase. Please note, store credits are applied to the account registered with the same email address used to place your order. Store credit is valid for 12 months. Once store credit has been issued, that value can not be changed to a cash refund.
We are super speedy and do our best to send our orders out as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order please call 09 948 1544 as soon as possible. Otherwise, our returns policy will apply if your order has already been shipped.
